TEST DEVICES IS SEEKING AN CNC LATHE OPERATOR FOR 2026!

First 3 months of training on Day Shift - 7:30am - 4pm (or TBD by manager)
After initial trainings are completed - 2nd Shift Hours - 12pm - 8:30pm
We are looking for mechanically inclined individuals with ambition and strong work ethic. As a CNC Lathe Operator at Test Devices, you will be working with high-performance machine parts.

- Use of crane and loading fixtures to move parts in and out of machines.
- Identify and replace worn cutting inserts.
- Perform proper mechanical inspections.
- Must be a U.S. Person
- High School Diploma or equivalent; degree in vocational trade school preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have manufacturing/machine shop environment experience.
- Experience with operating CNC Lathe machines.
- Be able to read & understand blueprints & drawings.
- GD&T; knowledge preferred.
- Basic knowledge of G-Code & CNC operations.
- Experience in ISO9001/AS9100 environment preferred but not required.
- Must be able to read and write in English.
