THE ROLE

Reporting to the Senior Accountant,



you will play an important role in managing the day‑to‑day Accounts Receivable function while supporting the wider finance team.

Key responsibilities

- Managing end‑to‑end accounts receivable processes, including invoice generation and processing
- Performing daily and monthly bank reconciliations
- Following up outstanding payments and assisting with account enquiries
- Maintaining accurate customer account records
- Assisting with month‑end finance activities
- Supporting the finance team with ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks
- Ensuring financial data is processed accurately and in a timely manner

ABOUT YOU

- Minimum 1 years experience in Accounts Receivable or similar finance role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute
- Accounting qualifications or studies highly regarded
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
