Senior Business Systems Analyst | SAP S/4HANA | Enterprise Applications

Perth, WA | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Hays Technology is partnering with a mid-sized mining organisation to recruit a Senior Business Systems Analyst who will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing critical enterprise platforms across Finance, Supply Chain and Operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technology professional with experience across SAP S/4HANA, enterprise applications, cloud technologies, systems configuration, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement to join a business investing heavily in its technology landscape.

The Opportunity

As part of the Enterprise Systems team, you'll act as a key bridge between business and technology, driving system improvements, supporting critical applications, and contributing to enterprise-wide projects and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

- Support, maintain and enhance a large-scale SAP S/4HANA environment
- Lead requirements gathering and convert business needs into functional and technical solutions
- Perform system configuration , optimisation, troubleshooting and support activities
- Act as a subject matter expert across enterprise systems projects, upgrades and integrations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain and Operations
- Support cloud-based enterprise applications and related technologies
- Facilitate testing activities, including UAT and regression testing
- Develop documentation, training materials and knowledge articles




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across business processes and systems

About You To be successful, you'll bring:

- Experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Functional Consultant, ERP Analyst, Applications Analyst, or Enterprise Systems Specialist
- Strong experience supporting SAP S/4HANA environments
- Hands-on exposure to SAP configuration, enhancement and support
- Experience working with enterprise platforms such as SAP, SuccessFactors, OpenText , or similar solutions
- Exposure to cloud-based applications, integrations and enterprise technologies
- Strong business analysis, process improvement and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and relationship management capabilities
- Experience within mining, resources, manufacturing or other complex operational environments will be highly regarded
