We've been exclusively engaged to recruit for a Senior Change Manager opportunity with one of Australia's most reputable brands, based in the Sydney CBD with hybrid working.

You'll design and deliver change on a capital partnership project which looks at the reporting and governance of partnerships. Utilising new technologies to standardise processes and provide accurate views of financial reporting. This role is a great opportunity to come in at the start of the project to assist in the design and drive through to implementation. You'll be shaping this from the ground up, not walking into something already set.

What you'll be doing

- Lead the change approach across a program that sits right at the intersection of finance, governance and technology.
- Build genuine relationships across capital partnering, finance and technology stakeholders that garner trust and support




- Embed new standard reporting and governance processes and obligations across the business, in a heavily regulated environment
- Bring your governance and finance project experience to support and influence the change and people considerations
- Partner closely with the wider project team as reporting and governance changes are enabled through SAP - translating system change into adoption
- Work confidently alongside sharp, senior investment banking and investment management stakeholders

What we're looking for:

- 5+ years' change management experience, hands-on and confident in your craft
- A natural relationship builder someone stakeholders trust and want in the room
- Experience in governance, regulatory projects with Financial Services industry experience
- Comfortable operating in an ASIC-regulated workplace
- Hands on, someone that is in the detail but can lift up to provide strategic direction and a voice across the project
