Our client is a suburban boutique law firm with offices in Brisbane and Sydney suburbs, recognised for its strong commercial & general law offering as well as its loyal client base. Due to continued growth in commercial litigation matters, they are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join the team on a part-time basis, approximately 3 days per week .

This is a rare opportunity to step into a busy and interesting litigation practice while enjoying genuine flexibility. The firm is open to structuring the role around the right individual, with flexibility on working days and hours, whilst maintaining some office presence to support collaboration and team culture.

About the Role

Working closely with an experienced team, you will manage a varied commercial litigation workload across a range of client matters. You'll enjoy quality work, autonomy and the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution without the pressures often associated with larger firms.

About You

- Ideally 5+ years' PAE in commercial litigation
- Strong technical litigation skills and commercial judgement
- Ability to manage matters with a high degree of autonomy
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team environment
