This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys fault finding, working autonomously and taking ownership of a diverse range of commercial sites.

The Role You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a broad range of commercial HVAC systems across multiple client sites.
Duties Include
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Reactive breakdowns and fault finding
- Repairs and component replacements
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
- Commissioning where required
- Completing service reports and documentation
- Providing excellent customer service on site
- Liaising with clients and site managers
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

- VRF / VRV systems
- Package units
- Split and ducted systems
- Air Handling Units (AHUs)
- Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
- Ventilation systems
- Pumps
- Commercial HVAC plant
- Building Management Systems (desirable)
About You To Be Successful You'll Ideally Have
- Minimum 6 years' experience in commercial HVAC service
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience carrying out preventative maintenance and reactive service work
- ARCtick Licence
- Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Cert 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- White Card
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own day
