We're looking for an experienced Senior Construction Supervisor to join our growing team and help deliver some of Australia's most exciting aquatic construction projects.

About the Role

This isn't your typical Construction Supervisor role.

One week you could be overseeing a waterslide installation in regional Queensland.

The next, supporting a commercial pool project in Victoria.

Then you're back in Sydney planning upcoming works with the project team.

As our Senior Construction Supervisor, you'll help lead the successful delivery of projects across our Waterslide, Pools and Service divisions. You'll coordinate crews, subcontractors and suppliers while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the high standards Swimplex is known for.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility and getting out from behind the same desk or the same construction site year after year.

While you'll travel regularly throughout Australia and occasionally New Zealand,



you'll be based from our Mulgoa office between projects with the support of our experienced project and management team.

What You'll Be Doing

Leadership & Project Delivery

- Leading site teams across multiple projects
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and labour crews
- Monitoring programme, quality and project performance
- Supporting Project Managers with planning and project delivery
- Maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships

Site Supervision

- Conducting site inspections and progress reviews
- Identifying and resolving issues before they impact programme, quality or budget
- Ensuring works are completed safely and to specification
- Maintaining accurate site reporting and project records

Safety & Compliance

- Conducting toolbox talks and safety briefings
- Enforcing WHS requirements and company safety standards
- Monitoring high-risk construction activities
- Maintaining a strong safety-first culture across all projects

Construction Leadership & Site Support

- Provide site leadership and direction across multiple concurrent projects
- Support site teams during mobilisation, critical construction stages and smaller project deliveries where additional supervision is required
- Work alongside crews when necessary to assist project delivery, troubleshoot construction challenges and maintain programme objectives
- Ensure construction methodologies, quality standards and client requirements are consistently achieved across all sites
- Lead by example, maintaining a proactive and practical approach to project delivery

What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes ownership, leads by example and enjoys solving problems.

Ideally you will have

- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Construction Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Foreman or similar role
- Trade background preferred (Carpentry, Building or Construction),



with the ability to provide practical site leadership and support project teams when required
- Experience within commercial, civil, infrastructure or specialist construction
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Sound understanding of WHS legislation and safe work practices
- White Card and current driver's licence
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across different projects
- Willingness to travel throughout Australia and occasionally New Zealand

Aquatic industry experience is highly regarded but not essential. If you've successfully supervised commercial construction, civil works, structural projects, tourism infrastructure or specialist construction projects, we'd love to hear from you.
