Gun Partner – Broad Mix of Tax work
Responsibilities
- Provide complex tax advice
- Assist on structuring and trusts
- Handle state and federal tax matters
- Deal with OS investments, litigation, wine and property tax
Qualifications
- Associate or Senior Associate with 3–7 years of experience
- Solid tax advisory background; lawyers from Big 4 accounting firms with strong tax advisory experience may also be considered
