Spectra Recruitment Pty Ltd is seeking a hardworking Steelfixer labourer to join our client’s busy Precast team in Yatala. This is a fantastic chance for individuals with steel-fixing experience or those comfortable working with tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role offers full-time hours with overtime available at penalty rates.

Your Role:
- Steel Fixing & General Labouring – Assisting with the preparation and installation of steel reinforcement.
- Tool & Equipment Checks – Inspecting and maintaining power tools to ensure safe operation.
- Working with the Team – Collaborating with the Foreman and Leading Hands to meet daily objectives.
- Quality Control – Conducting post-pour QA checks and ensuring all work meets high standards.
- Workplace Safety – Following strict health and safety regulations.
- General Factory Duties – Assisting in daily operations, cleaning, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
- Stock Management – Monitoring and reporting stock levels to support production flow.
- Effective Communication – Coordinating tasks with team members and supervisors.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience in steelfixing, formwork or concreting.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive tasks.
- A good understanding of workplace safety and compliance.
