Manager - Business Banking Distribution Risk
Our team supports Business Banking by strengthening risk management across distribution activities for lending and deposits. We work closely with business and risk partners to build a strong risk culture and consistent, practical controls.

What role will you play?

In this role you will work in a specialised Distribution Risk team and embed effective risk and compliance practices across the business. You will work with a wide range of stakeholders to manage issues, improve frameworks and support continuous improvement.
What you offer

- Strong knowledge of banking risk and compliance, with an understanding of distribution channels
- Experience implementing risk and compliance frameworks, including setting and monitoring key risk measures
- Ability to manage issues, incidents and customer complaints through clear escalation and timely resolution
- Confidence reviewing policies, processes and delivering practical risk training for business teams
- Clear, pragmatic communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and stay calm under pressure
