Salary: $75,000 to $95,000 base salary + performance remuneration linked to the value of your client portfolio.

About the Role

As a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist, you will become the trusted marketing advisor for a portfolio of clients across a range of industries.

You will inherit an established book of clients and become responsible for developing strategy, coordinating delivery and ensuring every campaign exceeds expectations.

Working closely with our advertising specialists, designers, developers and content team, you will lead projects from strategy through to execution while maintaining exceptional communication with your clients.

You will also play a leadership role within Bleo by mentoring other Marketing Coordinators, reviewing strategy and helping maintain a consistently high standard of client service across the agency.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Managing an established portfolio of client accounts
- Building trusted relationships with business owners and decision makers
- Developing digital marketing strategies that deliver measurable business growth




- Leading client meetings and presenting strategic recommendations
- Managing projects across creative, advertising and technical teams
- Coordinating campaign launches and ongoing marketing activity
- Reviewing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Managing timelines, priorities and internal workflows
- Ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Reviewing creative concepts, landing pages and campaign messaging
- Providing strategic guidance to members of the account management team
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing client accounts
- Maintaining excellent communication throughout every client project

Skills and Experience To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in digital marketing, account management or digital strategy, preferably within an agency environment. You should have strong working knowledge of:

- Meta Business Suite
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics 4
- Google Tag Manager
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
- CRM platforms
- Project management software
- Digital reporting platforms

You should also understand:
