Backed by a strong reputation and a growing project pipeline, we're looking for an experienced Senior Document Controller to join our Project Services Team in Perth.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Lead Document Controller, you will primarily be managing document control processes across our engineering design projects. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, traceability, and timely flow of project documentation supporting our clients in the mining and minerals processing sector.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing and maintaining document control systems and registers across multiple concurrent projects
- Administering document workflows for design information, vendor data, and shop detailing documentation
- Ensuring documents are correctly formatted, numbered, revised, and distributed in accordance with project procedures
- Liaising with engineering, project, and vendor teams to track document status and resolve discrepancies
- Supporting audits and quality reviews of project documentation
- Maintaining accurate records in line with company and client document control standards
What you will bring to the role:
- 5–8 years' experience in a Senior Document Control role, ideally within an engineering design setting
- Good working knowledge of QDMS is required
- Familiarity with other document control systems, SharePoint is highly desirable
- Solid understanding of document control processes for an engineering company within the minerals processing space
- Experience handling design information, vendor data, and shop detailing documentation
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong communication skills
