About the Opportunity

This is far more than maintaining websites.

You'll play a key role in shaping the future of the Productivity Commission's digital presence, helping improve how Australians access important research, publications and government services.

Working within a collaborative digital team, you'll lead Drupal development, optimise platform performance, improve accessibility and security, and contribute to delivering modern user experiences aligned with Australian Government standards.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll help design, develop and continuously improve enterprise Drupal platforms by:

- Developing and maintaining Drupal websites and custom modules.
- Designing scalable, secure and high-performing web solutions.
- Building engaging user interfaces and backend functionality.
- Improving website performance, security and accessibility.
- Troubleshooting complex technical issues across caching, integrations and platform services.




- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into practical digital solutions.
- Supporting procurement activities by documenting technical requirements.
- Contributing to testing, code reviews and continuous improvement across development practices.
