ABOUT THE ROLE

Helen Kaminski is seeking an experienced Senior Ecommerce Executive to join our Global Head Office in Sydney on a 12-month maternity leave contract.

Reporting to the Vice President, Global Marketing & Ecommerce, you will lead the day-to-day trading and operations of our Australian and USA ecommerce websites, with a focus on driving digital performance and delivering an elevated online customer experience.

Working across ecommerce, marketing, creative, operations and global teams, this is a hands-on role spanning digital merchandising, website optimisation, trading performance, product launches and ongoing site management. You’ll use data and customer insights to identify opportunities, optimise conversion and ensure our digital storefronts consistently reflect the Helen Kaminski brand.

You’ll also play a key role in the delivery of a website re-theme, alongside the ongoing trading and optimisation of our Australian and USA ecommerce businesses.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage the day-to-day trading and performance of the Australian and USA ecommerce websites.
- Own digital merchandising, product launches, site updates and onsite customer experience.
- Monitor ecommerce performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement and revenue.
- Analyse website and customer data to inform trading and optimisation decisions.
- Work closely with Marketing, Creative, Operations and cross-functional teams to deliver key ecommerce initiatives.




- Support ongoing website development, testing and optimisation.
- Manage ecommerce projects and external partners, ensuring projects are delivered accurately and on time.
- Maintain a high standard of brand presentation and customer experience across all digital touchpoints.

ABOUT YOU
- 4+ years’ experience in ecommerce, with experience in premium fashion, luxury or lifestyle highly regarded.
- Robust hands-on experience with Shopify is essential.
- Commercially minded, with strong analytical skills and confidence using data to drive decisions.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Google Analytics and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with AP21 and Searchspring is highly regarded.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Full Australian working rights are required for this role.
