Skillset, in partnership with a well-established manufacturing factory in Lithgow, NSW is seeking an experienced Forklift Driver.

This role is ideal for a reliable and safety-focused candidate who has strong forklift operating skills and enjoys working in a fast-paced factory environment.

About the Role

This role is casual, with ongoing hours currently available for the right candidate. You will be responsible for operating a forklift safely and efficiently across the factory, supporting production operations, moving materials and assisting with general warehouse duties as required.

Duties

- Safely operate forklifts to load, unload and transport materials and finished products
- Move stock and materials to production and storage areas as required
- Conduct daily equipment checks and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety policies and procedures
- Assist with general warehouse and process work when required

Skills & Experience

- Current Forklift Licence (essential)
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including days and nights
- Solid commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable, hardworking and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical,



including drug and alcohol screening
