Lavender Estate (formerly Yanchep Lavender Farm) is a unique agritourism destination combining nature, flavour, and experience.

We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and Guest-focused Barista / Food and Beverage Team Member to join our Team for weekend day shifts only.

The Role

As a Weekend Barista / Food and Beverage Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering memorable Guest experiences across our café.

This role is mainly for Saturday and Sunday daytime service, with the possibility of additional shifts during school holidays, events, and busy periods.

From making coffee and serving meals to assisting Guests and keeping the venue clean and welcoming, you will be part of a friendly Team that takes pride in creating a relaxed and memorable experience for every Guest.

What You Will Do

- Provide warm, friendly, and qualified service to all Guests

- Take orders, make coffee, mix and serve drinks





- Operate POS systems and handle cash or card transactions accurately

- Maintain cleanliness across dining areas, counters, and workstations

About You

We are looking for people who:

- Are positive, energetic, and Guest-focused

- Has Barista experience

- Thrive in a collaborative Team culture

- Have strong communication skills and a can-do attitude

- Hold RSA certification (or are willing to obtain)
