Complete Stone Care PTY LTD About the Position Complete Stone Care Pty Ltd is seeking a full time Stonemason / Stone Restoration Technician. The Stonemason / Stone Restoration Technician is responsible for assisting with and performing the restoration, cleaning, polishing, repair, sealing, and protection of natural stone surfaces across residential and commercial properties.

The role requires a high standard of workmanship, attention to detail, professionalism, and adherence to company procedures. Technicians are expected to represent the company positively while delivering quality outcomes for clients and maintaining safe and efficient work practices.

- Studying plans and specifications to determine materials required, dimensions, and procedures prior to commencing work on stone surfaces and structures.
- Shaping, and polishing natural stone including marble, granite, and other stone materials using machines and hand tools to achieve specified dimensions and finishes.
- Preparing wall, vanity, bench top, and floor surfaces, including filling holes and cracks, resurfacing, and applying cleaning treatments prior to stone installation or restoration.
- Shaping, polishing, and installing stone surfaces to client specifications.
- Sealing foundations and surfaces with damp-resistant and waterproofing materials, and spreading mortar layers to serve as base and binder for stone and masonry installations using trowels.
- Grouting surfaces, and cleaning and removing excess grout and mortar.




- Embedding stone blocks and masonry units in mortar and removing excess mortar; checking vertical and horizontal alignment throughout installation.
- Repairing and maintaining stone surfaces, masonry structures, and related installations, restoring structural integrity and surface appearance.
- Erecting and dismantling restricted height scaffolding when required.

- Have strong fluent English skills
- Full unrestricted manual drivers license
- Able to work in a team environment

High Attention to detail. Can do attitude. Problem solving skills.

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years experience in stone restoration.

- Knowledge of stone and stone types
- Use on floor Grinders / polishers and hand tools
- Experience using diamond abrasive
- Ability to start and finish jobs unsupervised
