Who Are We Looking For

- A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management or a related discipline.

- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, Capital Works projects.

- Demonstrated experience overseeing (PPM) programs

- Robust financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, contract management and financial reporting.

- A sound understanding of risk management, statutory compliance and Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) requirements.

The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead the strategic and operational management of commercial assets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day building operations and Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) via FRC.

- Lead FM service delivery across a national portfolio, ensuring compliance and quality.

- Provide strategic and technical advice to optimise asset performance and sustainability.

- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.

- Oversee risk management, WHS compliance, and contractor engagement.





- Conduct regular inspections and implement emergency procedures.

- Procure and manage goods, services, and contractors in line with Knight Frank policies.
