Price Attack Hyperdome is seeking an experienced Senior Hairdresser to join our team at our Loganholme salon. This is a casual position offering flexibility and the opportunity to work on a part-time or as-needed basis. As a Senior Hairdresser, you will be a key part of our salon operations, bringing expertise, creativity and leadership to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

What you'll be doing
- Providing professional hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, styling and treatments to clients
- Offering expert consultation to clients on hair care, styling options and product recommendations
- Mentoring and providing guidance to junior salon staff members
- Maintaining the highest standards of salon hygiene and cleanliness
- Ensuring client satisfaction through excellent communication and customer service
- Assisting with salon management tasks such as stock management and scheduling as required
- Staying current with industry trends, techniques and best practices in hairdressing
- Supporting the salon's reputation through professionalism and expertise
What we're looking for
- Current professional qualifications or certification in hairdressing (apprenticeship completed or equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 years' skilled hairdressing experience in a salon environment
- Advanced skills in cutting, colouring, perming and styling techniques
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior staff members
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of hair care products and the ability to recommend appropriate treatments
- A commitment to maintaining professional standards of hygiene and safety
- Flexibility and reliability, with the ability to work varied casual hours
- Current drivers licence and willingness to travel to our Loganholme location
- Preferred: experience with colour correction, advanced styling techniques or specialised treatments
