About the Role: Reporting to the Head of HR ANZ, this diverse and impactful role will be the primary HR support for our Dandenong manufacturing operations and distribution centres across Victoria and South Australia. You'll work closely with leaders and employees to deliver practical HR solutions that support business performance, employee engagement, and organisational growth.

As a key member of the ANZ HR team, you will provide end-to-end HR support across a broad range of people initiatives, including employee and industrial relations, talent and performance management, recruitment, policy development, workforce planning, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide advice, support and guidance to people managers for HR/Employee Relations;
- Central point of contact for HR/ER advice; respond to queries regarding all human resources matters including compensation, professional development, employment, grievances, disciplinary,



termination matters as well as HR policies and procedures.
- Partner with site leadership teams to improve workforce capability, engagement, retention and organisational performance.
- Support HR processes including KPI Setting, Performance Management, Compensation Planning, Talent Management, Employee Engagement and Succession Planning.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager ANZ to support the organisation with the best tools and techniques to source talented candidates and recruit them into the organisation.

About You: To thrive in this role, you will be a confident and experienced HR qualified who is able to navigate a diverse & dynamic FMCG environment. You'll have great attention to detail, a strength in problem-solving, a big picture perspective and the ability to think creatively. You'll be approachable, able to adapt your communication style to various audiences and enjoy building relationships. To be successful in this role you will bring:

- HR Qualifications with 4+ years of experience in HR within a complex, fast-paced, and diverse environment.
- Previous experience in FMCG or manufacturing industry with a global company will be a strong advantage.
- Excellent leadership traits, the ability to communicate with influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of organisation.
- Strong written and verbal communication with excellent listening and interaction skills.
- Solid business acumen and strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to apply diplomacy, lead difficult conversations with awareness to sensitive matters.
- Resilience, and the ability to follow-through and drive results.
- MS-Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel).
- High standards of Business Practices and Ethics.
