We are seeking a skilled Electrical Fitter / Mechanical Technician to join a highly experienced team based in Eagle Farm, working across complex rotating equipment, electrical systems and specialised engineering projects.

About the Role: You will be responsible for:
- Electrical fitting, fault finding, testing and diagnostics.
- Mechanical fitting, repairs and overhaul of rotating equipment.
- Maintenance, inspection and commissioning of industrial equipment.
- Supporting major rail-related projects and heavy industrial applications.
- Working with motors, generators, drives and associated electrical/mechanical systems.
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and technical documentation.
- Collaborating with experienced engineering and workshop teams.
About You: To be successful, you will have:
- Current Electrical Fitter Licence (essential).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on fitting experience.
- Experience working with rotating equipment highly desirable.
- Previous experience within rail, rolling stock, mining, heavy industry or manufacturing environments advantageous.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve both electrical and mechanical faults.
- Solid commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement.
