About the role:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction contracts and consultant agreements
- Advising on procurement strategies, tender processes and project delivery models
- Preparing tender documentation, contract suites and other project-related agreements
- Supporting major private and public sector construction and development projects
- Providing strategic advice throughout the project lifecycle and assisting clients to resolve issues as they arise
- Working directly with developers, government clients, consultants, contractors and other key stakeholders
The ideal candidate:
- Associate to Senior Associate with at least 4 years’ PQE and experience in front-end construction
- Strong drafting and contract negotiation skills
- Exposure to major projects, infrastructure, development or property-related construction matters
- A practical and commercially focuses approached to problem-solving
- A collaborative, down-to-earth approach and genuine interest in construction and infrastructure projects
