We’re looking for a dynamic and compassionate Program Manager to lead and grow our program in North Eastern Australia.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll manage and expand program delivery, build strong relationships across the cancer care community, and support our incredible volunteer network.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the program across your region in line with targets and priorities
- Build and maintain relationships with volunteers, cancer centres, and key stakeholders
- Coordinate workshop delivery and assist with volunteer scheduling
- Represent the program at cancer centres, conferences, and community events
- Develop annual plans and budgets, and monitor program performance
- Contribute to fundraising initiatives and volunteer recognition activities
- Oversee reporting, administration, and CRM management

About You





You’re a strong communicator and relationship builder who thrives in a purpose-driven environment.

You will bring:

- 3+ years’ experience in program delivery, community services, or similar
- Proven ability to build partnerships and grow programs
- Strong organisational, financial, and time management skills
- Confidence presenting to groups and engaging diverse audiences
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office
- A high level of professionalism, empathy, and discretion

You’ll also need:

- Willingness to travel, with overnight stays
