ACH Group is seeking an experienced Scheduling Team Leader to optimise workforce scheduling across a complex service environment. You will lead day-to-day scheduling, champion Skedulo best-practice and drive performance improvements to benefit customers and staff.
You will coach a team of 10–30, manage escalations, and partner with frontline leaders to ensure efficient service delivery. A solid background in scheduling, rostering and change management is essential.
