Key Responsibilities:

- Play a central leadership role in delivering innovative design outcomes across a diverse range of scales and typologies.
- Confidently run projects from initial concept through to construction completion.
- Manage high-level client relationships and coordinate multi-disciplinary consultant teams.
- Mentor and supervise early-career designers, ensuring design quality and professional growth within the team.
- Contribute to project design strategy and assist in the development of major submissions and proposals.
- Drive regenerative design principles across all studio projects.

Skills & Experience:





- 10 years of professional design experience within a reputable landscape or urban design practice.
- Solid foundational knowledge of best-practice project management and project life-cycles.
- Proficiency in Revit is preferred for this role, alongside the ability to produce high-quality construction documentation.
- Proven ability to prepare comprehensive documentation and confidently present to external client groups.
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for shaping a positive and lasting studio culture.
