My Implant Dentist is a fast-growing, patient-focused dental group specialising in life-changing implant and surgical dentistry. We are known for delivering exceptional clinical outcomes alongside a premium patient experience. Our Moorooka clinic is seeking an experienced and motivatedPatient Coordinatorto play a key role in supporting our patients through complex treatment journeys.

About the Role

As a Patient Coordinator, you will be the central point of contact for patients from initial enquiry through consultation, treatment, surgery, and follow-up. This is a highly influential role combining patient care, treatment coordination, scheduling, financial discussions, and CRM management.

You will work closely with dentists, surgeons, anaesthetists, laboratories, and front-of-house teams to ensure every patient feels informed, supported, and confident throughout their experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Convert patient enquiries into booked consultations
- Present and explain treatment plans, costs, and payment options
- Coordinate complex surgical cases, IV/GA bookings, and schedules
- Manage follow-ups, recalls, and CRM pipelines
- Optimise clinician schedules and patient flow

About You





- Dental or medical coordination experience, preferred but not essential
- Confident discussing treatment costs and financing
- Strong communication, organisation, and CRM skills
- Patient-focused with a commercial mindset
