THE PROSPECT

Due to growth, we have an exciting full-time opportunity for a People & Performance Coordinator to join our Ormeau team. Reporting to the People & Performance Business Partner, you will support recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle activities, HRadministrationand people-focused initiatives. Working closely with leaders and employees across manufacturing,logistics,retailand corporate teams, you will help deliver a positive employee experience and contribute to a supportive workplace culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Supporting recruitment activities, including job advertising, candidate communication and interview coordination
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes and general people administration
- Maintaining employee records and HR systems
- Preparing employment documentation and correspondence
- Responding to employee and manager enquiries
- Supporting reporting, projects and employee engagement initiatives
- Providing general administration support and occasional reception coverage

ABOUT YOU:

- To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination, office administration or a similar support role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-focused approach and the ability to build strong relationships
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills,



including Outlook, Word and Excel
- A professional, proactive and confidential approach to your work
- A genuine interest in building a career in Human Resources
- Experience working within manufacturing,logistics, warehousing, construction,tradesor other operational environments will be highly regarded.
- Qualifications or studies in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline are desirable.

This is an office-based role working Monday to Friday from our Ormeau site.
