The Opportunity
Working within an established and growing commercial team, you will advise a broad range of clients across:
- Commercial transactions
- Business sales and acquisitions
- Commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals and leasing
- Shareholder and commercial agreements
- General commercial advisory matters
- Commercial dispute resolution where required
You’ll also have the opportunity to build strong client relationships, contribute to business development initiatives, and play an active role in the continued growth of the firm's commercial practice.
About You
You will ideally possess:
- Minimum 1 year PQE (more senior candidates are encouraged to apply)
- Experience across commercial law, commercial property and/or business transactions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A commercial mindset with an interest in developing your own client base/ practice
- A proactive approach and genuine desire to contribute to the long-term success of the practice
