Civium is seeking an experienced Senior Insurance Strata professional to join our growing Canberra team.

As a vital member of our team, as a senior member of the team, you will lead insurance renewals, claims management and policy administration, working closely with brokers, clients and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing insurance renewal reports for Executive Committees.

- Liaising with property owners to explain insurance policy details.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve escalations relating to insurer service, claims and market issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and industry stakeholders.
- Manage day-to-day client enquiries,



including complex insurance matters.
- Interpreting and applying relevant strata legislation.
- Analyse portfolio performance and implement targeted action plans .
- Providing risk insights and guidance.

About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification.
- More than 4 years’ experience in strata insurance broking.
- Experience managing complex strata insurance placements.
- Exposure to challenging risks such as building defects, adverse claims histories, large strata developments.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
