Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Author complex, high-fidelity reasoning traces that capture how an LLM should plan, reason, and act step by step across sophisticated technical tasks
Design structured traces that document tool use, decision-making, and problem decomposition in clear, logical detail
Review and provide expert feedback on traces authored by others, ensuring quality, consistency, and reliability
Develop data strategies that help LLMs navigate intricate real-world scenarios with greater accuracy and dependability
Apply senior-level ML architectural insights to improve how models reason across challenging,
open-ended problems Who You Are Experienced machine learning engineer or researcher with a strong background in model reasoning, evaluation, or training
Skilled at breaking down complex technical problems into clear, structured, logical steps
Familiar with advanced LLM evaluation and training methodologies
Detail-oriented with a systematic approach — you care about getting things precisely right
Comfortable working independently and asynchronously in a remote, task-based environment Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, data quality systems, or AI evaluation pipelines
Top-tier Kaggle competition results (Grandmaster or Master level) demonstrating deep understanding of model performance and feature engineering
Hands-on experience designing or auditing training datasets for large language models
