About The Role The Senior Manager - Clinic Operations is responsible for ensuring our clinics operate efficiently, consistently and effectively, with a strong focus on improving the customer and GP consult journey while optimising operational costs.

You will lead the development and implementation of national clinic systems, processes and standards, partnering with Support Centre teams, Operations Managers, Local Partners and clinic teams to deliver sustainable improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead national clinic operations, driving consistency, efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Develop and embed scalable systems, processes and operating standards across the clinic network.
- Drive cost optimisation, workforce effectiveness and operational performance improvements.




- Enhance the patient and GP experience through improved clinic processes and service delivery.
- Lead procurement activities and support commercial supplier management.
- Use data and insights to identify opportunities and deliver measurable improvements.
- Build strong partnerships with GPs, Local Partners, Support Centre teams and operational leaders.
- Support clinic growth initiatives including new clinics, renovations, expansions and transitions.

What we're looking for

- 10+ years’ experience in healthcare operations, ideally within a multi-site environment.
- Proven experience leading teams and developing high-performing leaders.
- Solid capability in operational improvement, process optimisation and implementing scalable solutions.
- Commercial understanding, with experience managing budgets, costs and performance outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence GPs, Local Partners and senior leaders.
- Experience leading change, continuous improvement initiatives and embedding new ways of working.
- A data-driven, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.

Desirable

- Experience in Australian General Practice, primary healthcare or a healthcare network environment.
- Experience with clinic operations, workforce optimisation or process improvement.




- Exposure to healthcare governance, compliance and accreditation requirements.
- Experience supporting clinic growth, openings, renovations or acquisitions.
- Understanding of digital health solutions and healthcare technology.
