Disability Support Worker - Toowoomba/Ipswich

Our story. It started with a family and their challenge to find disability support that worked for them. They needed more and knew that people with disabilities could have more independence, choice, and control in their lives. The Hireup purpose was born, and now we strive to enable the pursuit of a good life for everyone.

We are looking for energetic, lively, and eager support workers in the Toowoomba & Ipswich areas, who thrive in outdoor settings and enjoy engaging in various outdoor and indoor activities with clients, from hiking to cooking. We seek hands‑on workers who are passionate about making a positive impact.

Must have experience with:

Personal care

Transport (social support & community access)

Domestic assistance

Must have the following documents:

NDIS Worker Screening Check

NDIS Worker Orientation Module

Full First Aid & CPR

Unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence & access to own vehicle

Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check

Domestic assistance shifts that are 2 hours in duration (between 8am - 4pm)

Community access shifts that are up to 4 hours in duration (between 10am - 6pm)





There may be an option for multiple shifts in a day.

Shifts are required Monday - Friday.
