What the role entails:

- Approaching existing & recent contacts to identify potential leads and re-establish connections
- Make outbound calls to nurture relationships and generate new business opportunities




- Follow up on warm inbound leads and guide them through the sales process.
- Serve as the first point of contact, building rapport and setting the foundation for long-term client relationships
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system and provide regular updates on lead progress.

We would like someone who:

- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Real Estate Licence or Assistant Agent Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Confidence in your abilities and a passion for real estate
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
