Job Description:

We are seeking hardworking and reliable Meat Labourers to join our team at Global Meats Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in meat processing, handling, and packaging to ensure high-quality standards. This is a physically demanding job in a quick-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and adherence to strict hygiene and safety regulations.

About the Role:

This is a casual to full-time, permanent role with working hours from 4:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Additionally, there may be occasional shifts from 4:00 AM to 9:30 AM on Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operating machinery and equipment in a safe manner
- Packing and labelling meat products for distribution
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the work area




- Following food safety and workplace safety guidelines
- Assisting with loading and unloading meat products
- Performing other general labour duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Previous experience in meat processing or a similar role (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work in cold environments
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads (up to 25 kg)
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards
- Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
- On-the-job training provided
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including Saturdays if required
