The Role

You’ll lead from the front, guiding a talented team to deliver exceptional bridal styling appointments while driving strong commercial outcomes. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll set the standard, elevate the customer experience and ensure every bride’s journey is seamless,

About You

You’re not just a Boutique Manager… you’re a people-first leader with a strong commercial edge.

- Proven experience leading retail teams and achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Store Manager role within retail, bridal, or premium/luxury fashion
- A natural coach who enjoys developing others and building team confidence
- Emotionally intelligent, with a genuine passion for customer experience
- Robust sense of style with an eye for detail and presentation
- Confident, driven and motivated by both people and performance
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple systems and priorities
