Mindrift invites experienced software developers to join a project-based evaluation program. You will create realistic coding tasks, define success criteria, and guide AI agents through simulated environments. The work emphasises testing and evaluation rather than traditional coding from scratch.

Applicants should have 5+ years of software development experience and solid Python/JS stacks, plus Docker, PostgreSQL, Kafka and Redis. English proficiency at B2+ is required.
