As a Senior Manager - Procurement Corporate & Investments, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping procurement strategy across Corporate and Investment portfolios. You'll lead strategic sourcing, category management, supplier relationship management and contract governance activities while ensuring commercial, risk and compliance outcomes are achieved.

You'll work closely with senior leaders across Legal, Marketing, Finance and Investments, acting as a trusted advisor and providing market insights that support informed decision-making. With accountability for key supplier relationships and procurement performance, you'll help deliver sustainable value for members while maintaining strong governance and regulatory compliance.

You'll also lead and develop a team of procurement professionals, fostering high performance, continuous improvement and capability uplift across the function. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise priorities, drive transformation and contribute to strategic outcomes in a complex and evolving environment.

This role is a permanent opportunity and available across Brisbane or Sydney.

Responsibilities

Day to day, you'll:

- Develop and execute category strategies aligned to enterprise objectives, regulatory requirements and financial outcomes.
- Lead strategic sourcing activities and complex commercial negotiations across Corporate and Investment categories.
- Manage supplier relationships, performance frameworks and service provider lifecycle activities.




- Partner with business stakeholders to deliver procurement solutions that meet strategic and operational needs.
- Provide procurement expertise, market intelligence and commercial insights to senior leadership teams.
- Ensure procurement activities are aligned with governance, risk and compliance requirements.
- Lead, coach and develop procurement specialists while supporting capability uplift initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement opportunities across procurement processes, operating models and supplier outcomes.

Qualifications

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:

- You hold a degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or a related discipline, with postgraduate qualifications or professional certifications highly regarded.

Your experience includes extensive procurement and category management leadership within financial services, superannuation or asset management environments.

- You'll bring deep expertise across investment-related procurement categories, strategic sourcing and supplier management.
- You're experienced in navigating governance, risk and compliance requirements within regulated environments.
- You have a solid track record of influencing senior stakeholders and delivering complex commercial outcomes.
- Your leadership style enables you to build capability, lead change and drive continuous improvement.
- You'll demonstrate exceptional commercial acumen, negotiation skills and strategic thinking.
