As a Senior Manager - Procurement Corporate & Investments, you'll lead the end-to-end procurement lifecycle across a broad portfolio of corporate and investment-related categories. You'll oversee strategic sourcing initiatives, category strategies, supplier relationships, contract management, and governance activities that deliver strong commercial and operational outcomes.

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Marketing, Property, Risk, Compliance and Investments, providing trusted advice and market insights to support informed decision-making. Your ability to balance commercial chance with risk and regulatory requirements will help ensure sustainable value creation for members and the business.

Leading a team of procurement professionals, you'll foster a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement, capability uplift, and procurement excellence. You'll also play an important role in strengthening supplier partnerships and helping shape the future direction of the procurement function.

This role is a permanent opportunity and is based in Brisbane or Sydney.

Responsibilities

Day to day, you'll:

Lead category strategies across Corporate and Investments portfolios, aligning procurement activities with enterprise objectives.

Oversee strategic sourcing initiatives and complex commercial negotiations to optimise cost, quality, value and risk outcomes.

Manage the full supplier lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, governance and offboarding activities.

Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the business and provide expert procurement advice.

Monitor supplier performance,



market developments and emerging risks to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

Ensure procurement activities comply with regulatory requirements, governance frameworks and internal policies.

Lead, coach and develop procurement professionals while supporting capability uplift initiatives across the function.

Contribute to procurement transformation initiatives and broader organisational priorities.

Qualifications

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:

You hold a degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or a related discipline, with postgraduate qualifications or professional certifications highly regarded.

Your experience includes leading procurement and category management activities within financial services, superannuation, investment management or similarly regulated environments.

You'll bring strong commercial expertise across strategic sourcing, negotiations, supplier management and contract governance.

You're experienced in managing risk, compliance and governance requirements within complex regulatory environments.

You have demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders and delivering commercial outcomes through effective partnership and collaboration.

Your leadership style enables teams to grow, perform and adapt through change and continuous improvement initiatives.

You'll possess strong commercial acumen,
