Remote | Part time (15-20 Hours per Week)

We are seeking a Senior Meta Media Buyer & Creative Strategist to own the end-to-end performance of Meta advertising campaigns for a portfolio of Australian brands.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who has worked in a high-performing digital agency, understands what drives commercial outcomes, and enjoys combining media buying with creative strategy.

You'll be responsible for managing campaigns, developing creative direction, briefing designers, analysing performance, and implementing best-practice systems and processes that support scalable, high-performing client delivery.

What You'll Own

- End-to-end management of Meta advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts.
- Campaign strategy, setup, optimisation and scaling.
- Audience, budget and bidding strategy.
- Creative strategy, testing frameworks and performance analysis.
- Briefing our Graphic Designer with clear, performance-focused creative briefs.
- Managing high-volume creative testing and optimisation.
- Analysing campaign performance and identifying growth opportunities.




- Delivering reporting and actionable commercial insights.
- Developing SOPs, templates and best-practice processes to improve agency delivery.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years' experience managing Meta Ads within a digital or performance marketing agency.
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and paid social strategy.
- Experience developing creative strategies that improve campaign performance.
- Experience briefing designers and managing creative production workflows.
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on ROAS, CAC, CPA and revenue growth.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently.

Strong Advantage

- Experience managing ecommerce and lead generation campaigns.
- Google Ads experience.
- Shopify and Klaviyo experience.
- Experience using GA4, Triple Whale or Looker Studio.
