We are partnering with a leading retail client to find a talented .NET Engineer with strong experience designing, developing, and supporting cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions while working across modern Azure integration and platform services.

You will work closely with solution architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional delivery teams to develop robust applications, modernise existing systems, and deliver cloud-first solutions using Microsoft's technology stack. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core

Build and support cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure services

Develop and manage APIs using Azure API Management (APIM)

Create serverless solutions using Azure Functions and workflow integrations using Logic Apps

Implement messaging solutions using Azure Service Bus

Work with Azure Cosmos DB, Storage Accounts, and cloud-based data services

Implement secure authentication using Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID)

Support application monitoring and performance optimisation using Application Insights and Azure Monitor

Collaborate with architects,



developers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience developing applications using C# and .NET/.NET Core

Strong hands-on experience building solutions on Microsoft Azure

Experience with Azure PaaS & IaaS services, including:

Azure App Services

Azure Functions

Azure API Management (APIM)

Azure Logic Apps

Azure Service Bus

Azure Cosmos DB

Azure Storage Accounts

Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)

Azure Key Vault

Application Insights & Azure Monitor

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and contemporary cloud engineering practices will be highly regarded.
