About the Role

Join a growing privately owned wealth management firm as a Senior Paraplanner, supporting advisers with complex strategy development, research, modelling and advice preparation. Reporting to the leadership team and working closely with advisers, compliance and paraplanning colleagues, you'll play a key role in technical quality, team mentoring and client outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Prepare compliant SOAs and advice documents
- Conduct strategy research, modelling and projections
- Review technical quality and compliance outcomes
- Support advisers with complex client strategies
- Mentor and train junior Paraplanners
- Manage workflow priorities and service standards

Skills & Experience

- Completed or working towards relevant studies
- Strong Xplan and Xtools+ capability
- Experience preparing compliant advice documents
- Sound knowledge of legislation and compliance
- Robust attention to detail and team focus
