We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, outgoing person to join our Lismore team as a Customer Service Officer. This role has a focus on providing excellent service to account and retail customers, and undertaking sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create exceptional customer experiences that drive repeat business and referrals.
Prepare accurate quotes and tailored solutions for sheds, patios and roofing projects.
- Follow up leads and quotations to maximise sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, trades, homeowners and account customers.
- Identify opportunities to grow sales through cross-selling and solution-based recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and efficiently.
- Contribute to branch success by achieving service and sales objectives.
- Support a safe,
collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Skills & Attributes:
- Experience in customer service, sales or account management, ideally within the building, construction or manufacturing industry.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and finding the right solution for every customer.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
- Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to take ownership of tasks and customer enquiries.
