We're looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our kitchen team and help deliver high-quality meals in a fast-paced hospitality environment. What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items to a consistently high standard.
- Maintain food quality, presentation and portion control.
- Assist with menu development and daily specials.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Manage food preparation and service during busy periods.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation.
- Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure efficient service.
- Support and mentor junior kitchen staff where required.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef in a busy restaurant, pub or hospitality venue.
- Relevant culinary qualifications (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A positive attitude and strong team ethic.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
