This role provides essential administrative support to the Maintenance Team, with a focus on document management, correspondence, records administration and data entry within departmental systems.

This role provides essential administrative support to the Maintenance Team, with a focus on document management, correspondence, records administration and data entry within departmental systems.

Key Details

- Location: North Coast Region
- Contract: ASAP start (pending checks)
- Hours: Up to 38 hours per week | Monday to Friday (TMR Business Hours)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage high volumes of correspondence,



records and data within departmental systems
- Review, register and file documents using Content Manager
- Monitor and manage the Maintenance Team correspondence mailbox
- Perform accurate data entry and document administration activities
- Maintain records in line with departmental policies and procedures
- Support the team with reducing correspondence backlogs and improving service delivery

About You

- Robust administrative and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
- The ability to manage competing priorities and high volumes of information
- Strong written communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience using Content Manager or an electronic document records management system (highly desirable)
