Opera Bar, operated by Applejack, seeks an experienced Cellar & Logistics Manager to join its leadership team. You will oversee cellar and logistics, develop a high-performing team, and ensure stock accuracy across deliveries, transfers and stock movements.

In this hands-on role, you will partner with venue leaders, suppliers and drivers to maintain supply and drive operational excellence while upholding safety and compliance standards.
