We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing Bridgestone Select workshop in Clyde North.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while managing the daily front-of-house operations. You will work closely with our technicians to ensure vehicles are booked, quoted, serviced, and returned to customers efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and manage service enquiries.
- Prepare quotations for tyres and mechanical repairs.
- Book vehicles into the workshop.
- Create and manage repair orders using Marlin GTX.
- Order tyres and parts.
- Keep customers updated on repair progress.
- Process invoices and payments.
- Coordinate workflow with technicians.
- Assist with daily administration and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
- Strong experience using Marlin GTX (essential).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workshop.
- Good computer and administrative skills.
- Experience in a Bridgestone Select or tyre and mechanical workshop.
- Knowledge of tyre brands and general mechanical servicing.
- Experience with Repco Navigator Pro or similar parts catalogues.
