Job Summary

As a Marketing Specialist at Bami Vietnam, you will develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote our restaurant and its offerings, analyse market trends, and maintain competitive positioning in the food and hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement across various platforms, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and print media.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends in the local food industry.
- Manage content creation for Bami Vietnam’s website, social media accounts, and other marketing materials.
- Analyse marketing performance metrics, adjust campaigns to optimise results, and provide regular reporting to senior management.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and media outlets for promotional activities and partnerships.
- Organise and support events, promotions,



and public relations activities to engage the community and increase brand visibility.
- Oversee advertising budgets and ensure cost‑effective marketing expenditures.
- Monitor competitors’ marketing strategies and suggest new ideas to maintain Bami Vietnam’s competitive edge.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (at least 1 year) in a Marketing Specialist role, ideally within the hospitality or food & beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends, social media platforms, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging content.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.

Relevant Skills and Experience

- Strong experience in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, results‑driven workplace.
- Experience in managing social media and website content.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Experience with managing external agencies or third‑party vendors is desirable.

Work Eligibility

Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident preferred).

Language

Conversant in English.
