Wellvue is seeking an experienced Medical Administrator to support our growing mental health team from our heritage office in Queanbeyan, near Canberra. You will coordinate patient referrals, book psychiatric and psychology appointments, and manage telehealth and intake processes.
Work closely with clinicians and administration staff to maintain confidential records in Halaxy, process Medicare-related administration, and help improve systems as Wellvue expands. Full-time or part time roles.
