- Clerk Grade 9/10, base salary ($133,348 - $146,945), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
Your role
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of a portfolio of products, from discovery and delivery to go-live and retirement. Drive product roadmaps, enhancements, efficiency improvements, and compliance initiatives while working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to achieve organisational outcomes.
What you’ll do
- Monitor product performance through customer feedback, insights, and regular health assessments to ensure products remain effective, relevant, and user focused.
- Partner with stakeholders to define, prioritise, and deliver product enhancements, manage backlogs, and resolve issues while ensuring alignment with best-practice standards.
- Drive customer-centric product development by analysing user insights, identifying opportunities for improvement, and enhancing service delivery and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to plan and manage sprint activities, ensuring releases are delivered on time and aligned to agreed product roadmaps and priorities.
- Lead product research, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement activities, including executive presentations, while maintaining key documentation, testing, training, and implementation processes to support successful delivery.

- Proven analytical and problem-solving capability – use data, customer insights, and research to identify opportunities and drive informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - translate complex concepts into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leaders.
- Highly organised and adaptable - manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while embracing change and leading customer-focused outcomes.

Key knowledge and experience
- Experience working as a Product Owner
- Strong written skills including experience writing briefing notes, business cases and product documentation such as user stories and acceptance criteria.
Essential requirements
- Demonstrated ability to consult and present to Senior Executives
- Demonstrated ability to work within tight timeframes and with limited resources
- Ability to quickly develop an understanding of the product, its environment, and related issues
