This is a newly created role as part of a broader restructure, offering the opportunity to take full ownership of a specialised digital product within the explosives and mining sector. You will drive product vision, roadmap and execution, delivering high-value software solutions that enhance blasting and mining operations.

You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, acting as the key product leader in Australia while collaborating closely with global development teams and stakeholders. This role will see you bridge complex technical software development with real-world mining requirements, ensuring successful product delivery and adoption.

Working across a global network of stakeholders, you will engage with mining customers, internal teams and development partners to define requirements, prioritise delivery and drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle. Define and own the product roadmap aligned to business and customer needs.

- Translate complex requirements into user stories and technical specifications
- Collaborate with engineering, DynoConsult, sales, marketing and field teams globally
- Engage directly with customers to identify needs and validate solutions
- Drive product delivery, rollout and stakeholder communication
- Lead product decisions independently in a dynamic and evolving environment

What you’ll bring

- You must be committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive and high-performance culture
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,



Computer Science or related technical field
- Experience in product management or strong SME expertise in mining or explosives
- Ability to translate complex technical or mining requirements into software solutions
- Robust stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proven ability to work autonomously and lead initiatives with minimal direction
